Role Overview Reporting to the General Supervisor Mill Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities. Rotation schedule will be an even rotation Key Responsibilities • Through effective communication with crew members will identify potential safety issues, and personally follow through with corrective action in a timely manner and communicates progress to crew members. This includes timely follow up with safety meeting minutes and Supervisor Incident Reports (SIR's) • Minimize disruptions to operations by responding quickly with available manpower and equipment • Set and monitor performance targets • Assist in the development of NANA shareholders and the administration of the Apprenticeship Program by taking a personal interest in mentorship • The Supervisor will administer company policy, be involved in employee selec
