Role Overview Reporting to the HE Shop Supervisor, the Heavy Duty Mechanic VI at Red Dog support in a critical and dynamic role that is responsible for troubleshooting a wide array of large and complex mining and related equipment across site The rotation schedule for these opportunities will be an even rotation, with the option for 2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site, or 3 weeks on-site and 3 off-site Key Responsibilities • Inspect and examine mobile equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions; install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and braking systems • Diagnose, dismantle, assemble, and align mobile equipment including dozers, graders, haulage trucks and loaders • Complete routine tasks such as lubrication of fleet equipment, seal replacement, cleaning of parts during an overhaul and preventative maintenance • Interact w
