Role Overview Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations & Compliance with a dotted line to the Director, Commercial and Logistics, the Sales Operations & Compliance Analyst is responsible for executing, documenting, and supporting internal controls within the Sales Operations function, including and for supporting contract administration on an as-needed basis. The role includes performing independent reviews, preparing audit evidence, and supporting compliance reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), ISO 9001, and related audit requirements. While overall accountability for control ownership, governance, and remediation remains with the Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring controls are consistently executed, documented, and audit-ready. The role will also provide limited supports for contract entry, administration, and ongoing management of concentrate and refined metal sales contracts as well as customer and vendor master data.
