Role Overview Reporting to the Supervisor, Production Reporting, Resources & Geotechnical Solutions, the Senior Technical Analyst will support a portfolio of vendor‑provided engineering and operational applications used by engineers, resource modelers, operations, and site teams. These applications are embedded in day‑to‑day planning, analysis, and operational decision‑making across the business. The role is centered on maintaining application reliability, diagnosing issues in live environments, and ensuring systems continue to operate effectively in support of business operations, including ongoing application sustainment, change coordination, and alignment with evolving business requirements. This role serves as a primary point of ownership for assigned applications, working closely with business users, vendors, and IT partners to keep systems stable, well‑understood, and responsive to operational needs, while coordinating requirements, vendor delivery, testing, and validation activities.
