Role Overview Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the Principal Advisor, Asset Management is a critical member of Teck's central, enterprise-based Asset Management function, with a primary focus on Fixed Asset (Fixed Plant) performance and maintenance. The Principal Advisor serves as a trusted business partner to global operations, combining deep technical maintenance expertise with a hands-on, outcomes-oriented approach. The role is accountable for identifying maintenance performance gaps and supporting site leaders and teams through coaching and direct engagement, working alongside operations to actively lead and support the implementation of practical solutions that unlock and sustain site value. This position requires extensive industrial maintenance experience and the ability to translate best practices into pragmatic, site-level improvements across fixed plant operations.
