Role Overview The Integration Change Management Specialist is an experienced team leader with a proven record in driving successful change in large-scale change programs. Embedded in the functional integration planning teams along with functional leadership, culture and communications support, the successful candidate translates enterprise-level change strategy into tangible, function-specific action - assessing change impacts, supporting leaders, enabling teams, collecting and amplifying employee feedback, and driving integration readiness from the inside out. The role is accountable for embedding structured change management within their assigned function, enabling the function's people to navigate, adopt, and sustain the changes required by the integration. This role is anticipated to be a 12-month assignment initially.
