Senior Installation Analysis Engineer Aberdeen Job Purpose Be a specialist discipline engineer within UK GBU for Installation Analysis. Provide support to Project & Tendering Teams on specialist discipline. Support UK Installation Analysis Team in the delivery of installation analysis in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, design rules & procedures. Represent UK GBU interests within TFMC Installation Analysis Network. Job Description Be an integrated part of UK Installation & Construction Department delivering support & assurance to Subsea Projects, Vessel & Spoolbase Operations & Engineering. Perform engineering work related to Installation Analysis, including: Static and dynamic installation analyses of all reeled products (rigid pipeline, flexible flowlines, umbilicals etc); Support to offshore campaigns with weather forecasting and/or use of vessel motion monitoring equipment; Spools and structures lift analysis; Interface with external bodies as required, e.g. design houses, clients or certifying authorities. Consult and solve various engineering design problems. Liaise with TechnipFMC Vessel & Spoolbase Operations & Project Management Teams on regular basis with update on scope of work progress. Managing workscopes and timelines to ensure all work is delivered in the most efficient manner. Assist the Installation Analysis Lead/Manager in development of internal training.
