Intern - Cross Functional (Operations / Engineering / Quality) Abu Dhabi Job Purpose To provide structured exposure to various business functions through a short-term internship programme, enabling the intern to gain practical insights into operations, engineering, finance, quality, and field service activities while understanding workplace safety standards, processes, and organisational structure. Job Description Participate in onboarding sessions including company introduction and safety induction Gain awareness of HSE policies and workplace safety requirements Observe and understand manufacturing processes through workshop tours Develop basic knowledge of operations, warehouse, and logistics functions Gain exposure to engineering roles and project execution processes Understand financial processes including ERP, accounting principles, and reporting Observe field service operations including asset management and service coordination Learn quality control processes and inspection standards Attend knowledge-sharing sessions conducted by functional experts Prepare and present key learnings at the end of the programme You are meant for this job if: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION: Currently enrolled in a student university program. Computer Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required. Open to current students seeking practical industry exposure.
