This role will focus on developing and executing internal communication strategies that promote awareness, engagement, and adoption of global talent programs, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and career growth initiatives. Candidates should be great communicators, excellent writers, and quick learners that are familiar with the best practices in employee communications and change management. This role plays a critical part in shaping how employees experience and engage with TE's global talent strategy, using storytelling and data to drive awareness, adoption, and impact. The ideal candidate brings creativity and a passion for exploring new and innovative ways to communicate and engage employees. You will partner closely with Talent Management leaders and stakeholders across regions to thoughtfully plan strategic communications, craft compelling narratives, manage communication channels, and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our global HR strategy.
