About this role
Supplier Development Analyst (m/f/d) Job Country Poland At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Why you should join? We are building a new team ! Main goal: driving Supplier development initiatives with measurable results of opportunities in a crossfunctional team (4-8 people). Main tasks: Cost Performance: Drive savings acceleration projects through coordination of sampling, mold/die trials, and tooling transfers. Delivery Performance: Lead supplier workshops and initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving delivery performance. Quality Performance: Lead support for quality complaints using the 8D methodology; ensure timely and effective root cause analysis and resolution.Manage and execute supplier audits, including process, quality system, and certification audits. Supplier Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding of new or transitioning suppliers, ensuring readiness post-footprint or sourcing changes.Support alternative supplier development and capability ramp-up. Supplier Management: Manage supplier compliance and sustainability escalations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Coordinate supplier QBRs and communicate supplier performance updates to relevant functions.Conduct risk assessments and escalate red flags, issues, and performance concerns. Digital Tools Implementationo Lead supplier enablement and ongoing support for SAP S4/Hana and MDG.Guide suppliers in the adoption and effective use of
