Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and support of advanced manufacturing systems, including robotic and automated assembly cells. This role requires deep technical expertise in electrical systems, controls engineering, and electromechanical integration , along with strong project management capabilities to drive initiatives from concept through implementation Job Requirements Project Management & Execution Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, and execution. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables , ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and integrators throughout the project lifecycle. Drive capital equipment projects , including specification development, vendor selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on production and timelines.
