Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director, Growth & Commercial Excellence to lead high-impact initiatives that drive commercial performance, accelerate growth, and strengthen customer value across global markets. This is a senior, enterprise-facing role at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, product, and operations , focused on translating priorities into measurable outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping how we grow, compete, and deliver value to our customers. This is a remote role based in the US (ideally East Coast). What You Will Do Drive Growth & Commercial Impact Lead key growth initiatives across regions, segments, and channels Translate market insights into actionable commercial programs Support expansion into new markets, segments, and business models Track outcomes and ensure delivery against defined targets Strengthen Commercial Performance Improve sales effectiveness, pricing discipline, and margin performance Define and monitor commercial KPIs and operating rhythms Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve forecasting and performance visibility Enable Go-to-Market Excellence Support global go-to-market execution across direct and indirect channels Drive consistency in pricing, discounting, and deal governance Partner with Product and Mark
