Maintaining documentation on communications regarding customer inquiries for billing and account inquiries. Compiling master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals, keeping them up-to-date, and operating the document control system under supervision. Providing administrative and training support to the user community regarding security and password administration, access privileges, and printer access. What your background should look like Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Logística o carreras afines (ideal 3º o 4º año). Manejo de Excel y Word nivel intermedio. Conocimientos básicos de procesos logísticos. Inglés básico (deseable). Experiencia previa en logística o mejora de procesos
