Job Overview Oversees the development, support and continued improvement of manufacturing processes and platforms. Job Requirements Responsibilities: 1. Responsible MPDE-Mold Engineering management and excellent Execution,DFM for Product/mold/ process , Mold design/building/debugging, sampling , molding process optimization, ramping up production, and Development process optimization and standardization. 2. Daily management and training for section-team, define job responsibilities and performance goals of team members, improve the team's technical and project management capabilities, and build an efficient tool development team. 3. Lead and drive MPDE Mold team for mold design and review, design optimization, mold-flow simulation, and technical problem quick trouble shooting and solution. 4. Lead and drive NPI Mold development and overall timeline control, costing, and cooperate with cross function team for project safe launch as project requirement. 5. Work with MPDE, Vendor and Cross function team to Achieve NPI New tooling, DOE Experiment for strategy project and strategy tooling development. 6. Lead and drive Mold process Fast Sample making capability improvement, mold Process capability prediction, Capex Optionality and Supplier Capability development. 7.
