Job Overview TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing and Process Technician to join our team in the electrical/electronic manufacturing sector. In this hands-on role, you will operate precision equipment, perform fine assembly work, and ensure quality standards across our production processes. You'll work with fiber optics, opto-mechanical systems, and automated equipment to help us deliver innovative connectivity solutions. We're looking for someone who brings technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Job Requirements Competent experience operating CNC and automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability in electro-optical testing, measurement collection, and inspection procedures Proven skills in precision assembly and micro-assembly techniques, particularly with fiber optics, cable assemblies, or fine-feature components 2-4+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or process technician roles Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed work under quality specifications Comfortable following SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Experience with quality control processes and inspection protocols What your background should look like Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, optical engineering or
