Job Overview Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations; troubleshoot problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment Job Requirements Reception of new/transferred machine and supporting in installation. Supporting production team (training before and during ramp up plan) Supporting on technical issues (pre serial and improvement) Ensure the respect of the defined layout for each machine. Ensure the layout update and optimization Sampling activity Ensure ram-up plan Establish and ensure the respect of SWI Define the reference parameters of camera and sensors (during validation) Define and create the dummies parts and related SWI Ensure the respect of process parameters Execution of the action plan Participating on claims analysis, Participate in the conception and execution of new solutions. Chasing improvement opportunities. Ensure the good functioning of stations Participating in the elaboration of PFMEA Ensure the Gemba walks What your background should look like Educational Degree : Mechanical/electro mechanical technician Professional Experience : Between 1 and 3 years of experience Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills : · knowledge on CAD · Capacity analysis · Experience in fully automatic/p
