Provide direct line management for Engineers within assigned Value Streams, fostering accountability, capability development, and a high‑performance, agile engineering organization. Develop and execute strategies for assigned Value Streams, focusing on increasing capacity, managing obsolescence, supporting new product introduction, improving quality, and reducing cost-all aligned with broader business objectives. Align day‑to‑day activities and project deliverables with long‑term strategic direction. Drive engineering excellence through the application of Six Sigma tools, A3 problem solving, and data‑driven decision‑making methodologies.
