Job Overview The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements on all plant equipment. This includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving equipment issues, working independently, and being a key part of a high‑performing maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Maintain, diagnose, and repair plant equipment, including: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Safety devices and related machinery Troubleshoot equipment failures independently and recommend corrective actions. Reduce equipment downtime by quickly identifying issues and implementing repairs. Use PLC information (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Direct Logic) to troubleshoot equipment. Perform industrial electrical wiring (low voltage up to 480V, 3‑phase). Preventive Maintenance & Improvements Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and properly document all activities. Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure consistent quality. Identify improvements that reduce costs, improve productivity, or enhance equipment performance.
