This position is responsible for optical connector assembly, termination of various configurations of fiber optic cable assemblies, and testing of these cable assemblies. This individual may assist in process development and resolution of problems encountered in the process of bringing new optical products from concept to market. The individual is a self-starter and has the ability to work well under schedule pressures and ability to balance workload as priorities change. Candidates will have a strong work ethic with a desire to continually learn & with a concentrated focus on serving the Customer. The ideal candidate works well in teams, has the desire to learn, possesses strong hand-eye coordination, and maintains the attention to detail needed to make quality products for our customers. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area, following safety guidelines and all TE Connectivity's policies and procedures.
