As a Salesforce Systems Analyst on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you'll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, configure, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business system solutions This role combines business process analysis, solution design, and hands-on system implementation to helping our global revenue organization operate scale more efficiently and effectively. To thrive in this role, you'll need: - 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems environments (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365). - Experience designing and implementing scalable workflows, automations, or business process improvements within CRM platforms. - Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how systems support operational efficiency. - Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions. . - Interest in and curiosity about Generative AI tools and how they can improve business workflows and productivity. - Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone. Bonus points if you have: - Salesforce certifications or experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tooling. - Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or light scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
