Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Director, Securities and Corporate Counsel to join our growing legal team and support the company's capital markets, SEC reporting, and corporate governance activities. This role will serve as the internal legal lead on securities law compliance and capital markets. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, Corporate Legal Counsel, you will support SEC reporting, financing transactions, and broader corporate legal matters across the organization. This position is global in scope and will partner closely with finance, executive leadership, and external advisors to support T1's expansion strategy. What You'll Do - Lead SEC disclosure and reporting compliance., including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings. - Support capital markets and project financing transactions, including equity and debt offerings and related reporting obligations. - Manage corporate governance matters for T1 Energy and its group companies, including Delaware corporate
