T1 Energy is looking to hire a Senior DBA to own database reliability across Oracle (ERP & ADG), Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL environments supporting mission-critical systems including ERP, EMS, MES, and reporting platforms. You will ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, performance optimization, and strong security controls across production and non-production systems. This is a hands-on, senior technical role requiring deep database expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to support manufacturing-critical systems in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Do Enterprise Database Operations - Administer Oracle Database environments, including Oracle ERP and Data Guard (ADG). - Manage SQL Server 2019, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases across production and non-production systems. - Perform installations, configuration, patching, upgrade, cloning, and migrations. - Monitor database health, capacity, availability, and performance. High Availability & Disaster Recovery - Maintain and optimize Oracle Data Guard (ADG) environments. - Design and execute backup and recovery
