The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Shift Lead I which plays a critical role in leading and supporting frontline production operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving productivity goals in a fast-paced solar panel manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.
