Production Line Lead Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in our production team. The Line Lead Operator is an on-the-line position, responsible for contributing to and driving the daily execution of a production line while ensuring that the quality and safety standards are met. The Line Lead Operator provides guidance and support to all production operators. The Line Lead Operator also monitors the performance and efficiency of the production equipment, troubleshoots any issues, and coordinates with the maintenance and engineering teams when issues exceed the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Production personnel. The Line Lead Operator reports to the Shift Lead and works closely with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and inventory.
