Night Shift HR Coordinator Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Night Shift HR Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow their HR career in a hands-on, people-centered environment. As our Night Shift HR Coordinator, you'll support our HR Generalist with the day-to-day HR needs of the overnight team. Whether you're helping an employee understand their benefits or processing paperwork, you'll play a big part in keeping our night shift running smoothly. What You'll Do • Assist the Night Shift HR Generalist with employee relations issues, escalating concerns as appropriate. • Greet and direct employees who come to HR with questions or concerns, providing first-line support and information. • Process HR documentation including new hire paperwork, terminations, status changes, and leave requests. • Maintain accurate employee records in UKG (our HRIS) and time-keeping systems. • Support attendance tracking by logging occurrences, running reports, and flagging patterns
