The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Night Shift HR Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow their HR career in a hands-on, people-centered environment. As our Night Shift HR Coordinator, you'll support our HR Generalist with the day-to-day HR needs of the overnight team. Whether you're helping an employee understand their benefits or processing paperwork, you'll play a big part in keeping our night shift running smoothly. What You'll Do • Assist the Night Shift HR Generalist with employee relations issues, escalating concerns as appropriate. • Greet and direct employees who come to HR with questions or concerns, providing first-line support and information. • Process HR documentation including new hire paperwork, terminations, status changes, and leave requests. • Maintain accurate employee records in UKG (our HRIS) and time-keeping systems. • Support attendance tracking by logging occurrences, running reports, and flagging patterns
