MRO Supervisor Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an MRO Supervisor to lead the tracking, organization, procurement, and strategic management of equipment spare parts and raw materials within our high-volume solar module manufacturing facility. In this role, you will bridge the gap between maintenance, engineering, and corporate procurement to minimize manufacturing downtime, optimize stock levels, and build resilient vendor partnerships. Beyond managing physical stock, you will drive procurement strategy, identify and vet new suppliers, and expand inventory controls to include critical raw materials. You will be responsible for overseeing our inventory management systems, driving continuous process improvements, and managing a small inventory and stockroom team.
