Manager, Metrology Engineering Rockdale, TX, Rockdale, TX, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Manager, Metrology Engineering to own measurement systems and data integrity at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a technical leadership role for an engineer who understands that in a high-volume fab, you can only control what you accurately measure, and who has the expertise in MSA, gauge R&R, and measurement system design to make sure every measurement we rely on is one we can trust. You'll build and lead the metrology function from the ground up, establishing the measurement infrastructure and control frameworks that underpin process control, yield management, and quality across the entire fab.
