Manager, EHS Rockdale, TX, Rockdale, TX, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety operations at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior role for an EHS professional who understands the specific hazards of cell fab chemistry: saline, phosphine, HD, and the full suite, and has the regulatory knowledge to keep complex manufacturing operations safe, compliant, and ahead of every requirement. You've built EHS programs in chemical-intensive manufacturing environments, navigated regional and federal regulatory frameworks , and built safety cultures that go beyond compliance. At G2, you'll own it all.
