In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Tech 1 Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is seeking a detail-oriented IPQA Tech 1 to join our Module Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be stationed directly on the advanced manufacturing floor, serving as a critical line of defense ensuring that all photovoltaic products meet our rigorous internal and international quality standards. You will monitor in-process production steps, identify component defects, and execute real-time audits within our high-volume, automated facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for technical irregularities, and is eager to support continuous improvement workflows alongside our production and engineering teams.
