The Role T1 Energy is seeking a senior-level Equipment Technician III to lead technical maintenance, systemic troubleshooting, and optimization efforts within our high-volume automated solar production facility. Operating as a critical technical leader on the plant floor, you will serve as a "Safety Ambassador" and subject matter expert for our advanced robotics, conveyor systems, and integrated production line hardware. In this elevated role, you will bridge the gap between pure equipment diagnostics and plant infrastructure support-independently resolving complex mechanical/electrical system failures while coordinating predictive maintenance (PM) programs, overseeing contractor safety, and mentoring junior technicians. This is an ideal position for an elite industrial technician ready to take on senior ownership and drive continuous process improvements in a 5GW manufacturing environment.
