About the Role We are seeking a Lab Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an experimental research laboratory. This role is responsible for ensuring that the lab runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will serve as the connective tissue across equipment, facilities, vendors, and personnel-owning everything from procurement and compliance to lab organization and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that combines operational excellence with technical awareness in a highly dynamic environment. What You'll Work On - Manage day-to-day lab operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive environment - Manage procurement of lab equipment, components, and consumables, including vendor coordination and inventory tracking - Maintain and oversee lab infrastructure: benches, utilities, gas systems, vacuum systems, and general workspace organization - Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment - Support researchers with lab setup needs,
