We partner with traditional businesses-manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. The role Every wave of enterprise software created a new kind of operator. On-prem had implementation managers. SaaS had solutions engineers. Agentic AI demands something different: people who don't install software, they deploy intelligence. They rewire how finance teams think, work, and decide. That's this role. You'll be the bridge between Sapien and the finance orgs we serve, dropping into customer environments, learning their workflows cold, and redesigning them around our agents. But deployment is only half of it. You'll sit at the center of the company: feeding what you learn in the field back to sales, shaping the product roadmap with engineering, and giving the founders ground truth on where the market is going.
