Job Summary: The Senior Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and cargo. This role ensures the integrity of loss prevention programs, enhances cargo security protocols, and proactively identifies and mitigates operational risks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in physical and logistical security, investigative procedures, and enterprise-level risk management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and enforce security protocols to safeguard employees, facilities, and critical infrastructure. Conduct threat assessments as needed. Coordinate incident response efforts and post-incident reviews. Develop and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and asset loss.
