To support the continued scaling of our Enterprise Engineering function and the rollout of AI across the business, this role leads the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programmes. The Technical Program Manager drives AI-oriented initiatives end-to-end - from GenAI enablement to the security and AI observability foundations that make these capabilities safe, measurable, and sustainable at scale. The role collaborates across Enterprise Engineering, Security, Data, and business stakeholders, partnering with other TPMs to align technical execution with strategic intent. What the role involves Drive enterprise AI programmes end-to-end - GenAI tooling rollout, internal copilots and agents, AI fluency and enablement, and the security and observability foundations underpinning them Partner with Enterprise Engineering leadership on strategy and enablement, turning AI ambitions into a sequenced, fundable, and measurable roadmap Enhance key processes including status reporting, task tracking, and requirements gathering to improve stakeholder communication and priority alignment Balance immediate business needs with long-term programme sustainability, simplifying delivery management whilst maintaining accountability Improve communication by reducing noise, increasing
