The Strategy and Operations Manager, Global Affairs is a problem-solver embedded at the centre of Super's Global Affairs vertical. This role exists to increase the execution capacity of the Global Affairs Operations team - picking up complex, ambiguous problems and seeing them through from structure to outcome, so the team keeps moving across a demanding and varied agenda. Working within a vertical that spans Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Global Risk and Market Integrity, External Affairs, Corporate Affairs, and Institutional Affairs and Sustainability, you will have a direct impact on the quality and pace of decision-making at senior leadership level. What the role involves Strategy, Operations and Execution Scope and structure complex, ambiguous problems independently - define what needs to be answered, how, and by when Run end-to-end workstreams (analytical, operational, or both) and deliver concrete outcomes Synthesise conclusions from multiple inputs - data, stakeholder views, external context - into a single, defensible recommendation Deliver finished work - structured recommendations, options analyses, and strategic overviews - ready
