As Senior Engineering Manager of the Measurement stream within MarTech, you'll be supporting measurement and enabling optimisation of significant marketing budgets - ensuring every possible customer has the best first interaction with Super. What the role involves Build out marketing measurement, attribution, and forecasting across a nine-figure budget. Provide people management support and direction to your team through hiring, coaching, feedback, career progression, performance management, and reviews. Own technical direction and execution for your team by supporting high-dependency projects, handling ambiguity, building and driving roadmaps, ensuring engineering excellence, leading AI adoption, and setting goals and measuring impact.
