We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (G&A) to act as a strategic adviser to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making through high-quality financial insights, planning, and performance analysis. This position goes beyond basic reporting - you will actively shape cost strategy, improve financial visibility, and drive efficiency initiatives across General & Administrative functions, partnering closely with CxOs and department leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and the achievement of business objectives. What the role involves Business Partnering & Decision Support Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights Prepare and review standard reporting for General and Administrative expenses Translate financial data into meaningful business narratives for non-finance stakeholders Support senior team members with cost and budget queries, identifying trends in spending Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement them Challenge assumptions and influence decisions to drive cost efficiency and value creation Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for G&A functions Collaborate with budget owners to build robust, data-driven
