You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Super, including Product, Design, Data, and QA, playing a key role in shaping both engineering culture and delivery outcomes for the Sports business area. _*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> What the role involves _*]:min-w-0 gap-3"> Lead a team of engineers, with tech leads, software engineers, and QAs reporting directly to you. Ensure growth and development opportunities for all team members through coaching and mentoring, identifying and removing blockers, running regular 1:1s and feedback sessions, and conducting performance reviews. Nurture strong relationships with other engineering managers, technical leads, and product managers. Coordinate with stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations, and ensure regular updates and follow-ups on the team's scope of work. Support engineering department goals by setting team requirements, objectives, and timelines. Make relevant technical and business decisions that ensure predictable delivery in terms of timelines, stability, and performance. Build and maintain a culture of engineering
