What to Expect We are seeking a proactive and versatile Production Support Associate (1-year contract) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in our production lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity through precise materials kitting, inventory management, and floor optimization. This is a 1-year contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do - Additive Manufacturing Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet; including part extraction, build plate restoration, and hardware resets to maintain a 24/7 production cadence. - Post-Processing: Perform precision cleaning and surface finishing on robotic components to prepare them for integration. - Hardware Quality Control (QC): Execute rigorous incoming and post-production inspections. You will be the "first and last line of defense" to ensure parts and assemblies meet the standards. -
