What to Expect As a Full Stack Engineer for Robot Management, you are responsible for the "Mission Control" of our fleet. You will architect the infrastructure that allows us to securely identify, access, and manage our robots at scale. Because our robots operate in private homes, your work sits at the critical intersection of high-availability systems, rigorous security, and user privacy. What You'll Do - Fleet Identity & Security: Design and implement robust robot authentication and registration systems, ensuring secure "handshakes" between our cloud and hardware in the field. - Observability & Health: Build the centralized telemetry and alerting systems that monitor robot availability, hardware health, and system performance across the global fleet. - Privacy-First Infrastructure: Develop the systems that manage data privacy and residency, ensuring that as we deploy into homes, our fleet remains a trusted and secure presence.
