VP, Asset Management Job Location (US/Canada) MI-Southfield, Main Office | Job Location (UK) Career Site Header Job Summary The VP, Asset Management supports the strategic oversight of a portfolio of MH and/or RV assets and is responsible for driving property-level performance, long-term value creation, and the development and execution of business plans. The VP, Asset Management will lead initiatives and help prioritize work for team members, including the Director and Associate of Asset Management, and support departmental initiatives and goal-setting by the SVP of Asset Management. This role partners closely with senior leadership and collaborates cross-functionally with Revenue Management, FP&A, Operations, Marketing, and Utility Management to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. The VP, Asset Management will also take a leadership role in the design and implementation of internal systems and processes to institutionalize asset-level knowledge and decision-making frameworks. Job Duties Provide leadership, support, and strategic direction for the company's asset management platform, encompassing financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
