Security Guard Job Location (US/Canada) ON-Sherkston, Sherkston Shores | Job Location (UK) Job Summary The Security Guard provides excellent customer service, while working to ensure all hazards and safety threats are addressed timely and comprehensively. This individual is responsible for patrolling the resort to enforce policies and ensure all incidents are documented. Job Duties Enforces the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the resort. (Essential) Patrols the resort by foot and/or vehicle to observe and report suspicious activity. (Essential) Responds to emergencies, taking the appropriate action and documenting all incidents. (Essential) Physically checks all property points to ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are secure and monitored at all times, including CCTV monitoring. (Essential) Follows all safety procedures while performing duties. (Essential) Writes detailed narrative reports and maintains daily activity reports. Delivers special packages and/or one-day mail to appropriate sites. Routinely checks resort amenities (i.e. swimming pools) for unregistered guests. Tags vehicles for removal by owner at unrented transient sites. Assists with coverage at the main gate. Utilizes two-way radio and computer applications. Works in large crowds in various weather conditions. Other duties as assigned.
