Resort Maintenance Supervisor Job Location (US/Canada) FL-Orange City, Orange City RV Resort | Job Location (UK) Overview Resort Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, streets and equipment at an individual property. Additionally, they supervise and oversee individual resort maintenance team members. Job Duties Follows-up on work assignments to ensure efficient, thorough completion of assigned work orders. (Essential) Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system or on-site water meters, if applicable. Ensures water samples are taken on a regular basis. (Essential) Assists maintenance team with all aspects of property maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities such as lawns, clubhouses, pools, streets, curbs, and gardening/landscaping. (Essential) Assists with the selection of all contractual services. Supervises on-site contractors. (Essential) Completes regular inspections of resident sites throughout the resort. (Essential) Assists with move-in procedures: performs resale inspection authorization, prepares commencement inventory checklist & oversees lot mods, ensures management presence at move-in, supervises all contractors, and maintains exterior of model homes until sold. (Essential) Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. Prioritizes and resolves resort service requests, including maintaining records of types and frequency of service requests received. Collaborates with Resort Manager
