They help oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, including sanitation and safety, customer service, and team member management. This position is responsible for the opening and closing of the operation, cash handling responsibilities, following proper liquor and bar procedures, food preparation and service, and the ordering, receiving, and stocking of food and related items. Job Duties Tracks sales and other key metrics to understand and drive financial goals and objectives provided by Food and Beverage Manager, Resort General Manager, and National Director of Food and Beverage. (Essential) Manages individual banks for each F&B facility. Collects, reconciles, and deposits individual reports and monies daily. (Essential) Ensures a positive guest service; responds to complaints quickly and effectively. (Essential) Ensures invoices are checked against deliveries and forwarded with money and receipts to the office daily; oversees the daily deposits and assists with reconciliation.
