Construction Manager Job Location (US/Canada) MI-Southfield, Main Office | Job Location (UK) Career Site Header Job Summary The Construction Manager serves as the on-site community representative and supports Sun's Construction Services team in managing assigned expansion, development, and capital projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, in accordance with approved plans, and meet quality standards. The Construction Manager collaborates closely with Community Managers and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to guide and assist in the completion of capital projects at the community level, overseeing all phases from design through completion. Job Duties Works with Construction Services leaders to manage construction of expansion, development, capital, and maintenance projects. (Essential) Acts as Sun's representative to manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget (Essential) Inspects construction projects to ensure it is progressing in accordance with plans, specifications and regulatory requirements.
