Community Support Attendant - Part Time Job Location (US/Canada) FL-Pinellas Park, Park Royale | Job Location (UK) Overview Community Support Attendants are responsible for locking and unlocking all common areas around the community on a daily basis. They are also responsible for making sure the pool and common areas are free of trash and debris. Job Duties Locks and unlocks all common area buildings and gates on a daily basis (Essential) Inspects windows to ensure they are properly secured (Essential) Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage (Essential) Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets; empties common area trash containers as needed Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns that may be identified while performing daily duties to the Community Manager Inspect playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure proper operation, where applicable Maintain community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately, where applicable Follows safety procedures while performing duties Other duties and special projects as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) Ability to endure seasonal temperatures Ability to work with chemical pools including reading pool chemical levels Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet Must have a valid driver's license REWARDING BENEFITS At Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired,
