This is a one-year contract position with the possibility to extend it (up to 20 hours/week). What you'll do - The purpose of this role is to provide overall support on office management (day-to-day) and internal events - Contribute to maintaining a quality work environment. - Ensure the relationship with our sub-tenants (contract, invoices, daily relationship / requests) - Responsible for the development and implementation of permanent fit-out, furniture renewal/replacement - Manage office budget, meeting room reservations/schedules/schedules - You will be the key day-to-day contact for service providers and manage the proper delivery/performance of services - Participate in the organisation of internal events and the organisation of various travel for the management team Your profile - Self-starter, proactive, with excellent written and oral communication skills - Great organisational skills - You are cheerful and have
