About the Team You'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team , dedicated to finding and empowering the best talent across SumUp. This role will focus on the Sales hiring stream - one of the fastest-growing and most business-critical areas at SumUp. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work day-to-day with Sales leaders across Europe and help design and deliver a best-in-class, data-driven hiring process that supports our commercial expansion and raises the bar for hiring quality and candidate experience. You'll be based in one of our main hubs, London and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple European markets. What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across Europe. - Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs , ensuring alignment and quality. - Build persona-based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging. - Maintain a structured, data-informed process
