These systems operate at high scale, processing large volumes of transactions daily and directly impacting merchants' cash flow and overall experience. As the ecosystem grows in complexity and adoption, the need for stronger reliability, resilience, and architectural evolution becomes even more critical. You'll join a global, autonomous, cross-functional team committed to turning bold ideas into seamless, high-impact solutions. As an Engineering Manager , you will navigate the complexities of scaling high-availability systems that handle millions of transactions while steering your teams through a high-impact transition from local solutions to a unified global architecture.
