About this role
Senior Pricing Analyst São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil About our team SumUp enables businesses to get paid easily, process orders quickly, sell online instantly and manage their money more efficiently. We create the tools businesses need to make their business and their customer experience thrive! The Brazil Revenue Operations team sits at the heart of SumUp's growth strategy, working directly with the BR CEO to shape how pricing, acquisition, and retention perform in one of our most important markets. As our business grows in complexity - with lending bundles, multi-product offerings, and an evolving competitive landscape - pricing has become one of the most critical levers we have. This is a role where your work directly influences net revenue, TPV retention, and the commercial decisions made across sales, finance, and product. You'll join an experienced team at a pivotal moment, with real ownership over the analysis and initiatives that keep SumUp Brazil competitive and profitable. What you'll do - Build and maintain analytical models that support pricing decisions, identify revenue opportunities within the existing merchant base, and improve the overall value proposition for acquisition - Design and evaluate fee campaigns across acquisition channels, ensuring they're consistent with growth, payback, and profitability goals - Analyse the results of pricing experiments and commercial initiatives, translating data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations - Lead and support cross-functional projects - including bundle offerings and multiproduct initiatives - coordinating with teams such as FP&A, CRM, Lending, and Pricing squads
